Amanda Renkiewicz is a published author and columnist with a passion for bringing local and sustainable organizations into the spotlight. She is a copy editor and featured writer with several Michigan magazines, and hopes to branch out nationally in the future.
Her education includes a double bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management at Grand Valley State University from 2011. She attained her first Masters in 2012, in the Sustainable Business field at Aquinas College. In 2013, she completed a graduate program at Columbia University in Conservation and Environmental Sustainability. After relocating back to Michigan, she enrolled at Wayne State University to get a Master of Business Administration in Finance.
Amanda lives in Traverse City and is actively involved in the community. Her philanthropic efforts include leadership roles in the Old Mission Peninsula Education Foundation and the Golf and Country Club.
