Audrea is a sales coach and strategist who helps busy professionals target clients, build relationships, and close deals. Her passion is supporting others and seeing them succeed.
Having worked both in-house at a law firm and for a tech company selling to professional services firms, Audrea has almost a decade of experience in selling, business development coaching, training, operations, and sales enablement.
During her time in-house, she oversaw the go-to-market strategy and annual business plans for three industry groups and over 70 attorneys. Her experience was vital to major initiatives including the rollout of a new sales program, creating and leading an attorney business development coaching program, identifying and selling to untapped or underserved markets, and the creation of innovative legal products.
While Audrea worked in technical sales, she led the sales team in converting from a professional services model to a SaaS model strategy which vastly increased revenue and profit. She successfully created a company pipeline for SaaS sales, clearly defined client segmentation and targeting, and created sales enablement content to support the sales team through the client sales journey.
In her free time, you can find her empowering women as a co-host of the Think Tank of Three podcast, snuggling her fur babies (and posting pictures of them on Instagram) or sipping wine with friends.
